Answers before you ask

We recommend 48 hours for sedans and SUVs, and three to seven days for extended luxury SUVs and Sprinter vans during award season, graduation, and wedding weekends. Same-day requests are welcome and subject to availability.

Sedans and SUVs cancel free up to 4 hours before pickup. Extended luxury SUVs and Sprinter vans cancel free up to 72 hours before the reservation; inside 72 hours the deposit is non-refundable. No-shows are charged in full.

Yes. Domestic arrivals include 45 minutes of complimentary wait time and international arrivals include 60 minutes, measured from actual landing. All other pickups include 15 minutes.

Reservations and payment are processed securely through our LimoAnywhere reservation system. You will receive a confirmation with your trip details and payment link once your request is accepted.

Yes. Infant, convertible, and booster seats are available at no extra charge when requested at least 24 hours before pickup. Let us know the child's age and weight so the correct seat is installed.

Your written quote includes fuel, tolls, taxes, and standard fees. Gratuity is discretionary; many clients add 18–20% for the chauffeur, and it can be included on the reservation if you prefer.

Hourly charters include unlimited stops within the reserved time. Point-to-point transfers can add stops for a small per-stop fee quoted in advance.

Yes. We regularly run to Santa Barbara, San Diego, Palm Springs, and Las Vegas. Long-distance trips are quoted as hourly charters with a daily minimum.

MJS Express operates fully licensed and commercially insured vehicles with background-checked, drug-tested chauffeurs. Certificates of insurance are available for corporate accounts on request.
