Reservations
A reservation is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from MJS Express. Quoted rates are based on the itinerary supplied; changes to time, route, stops, or passenger count may change the rate.

Cancellations
Sedans and SUVs may be cancelled free of charge up to 4 hours before pickup. Extended luxury SUVs, full-size SUVs, and Sprinter vans may be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before the reservation; inside 7 days the deposit is non-refundable. No-shows are billed in full.
Wait time
Domestic airport arrivals include 45 minutes of complimentary wait time and international arrivals include 60 minutes, measured from actual landing. All other pickups include 15 minutes. Additional wait time is billed in 15-minute increments at the hourly rate.
Conduct and damage
Alcohol is prohibited for passengers under 21 and on all school-event charters. Smoking and illegal substances are prohibited in all vehicles. Damage, excessive cleaning, and sanitation fees may be charged to the reserving party.
Delays and liability
We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, mechanical failure, or other conditions beyond our control. In such cases our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected reservation.
Payment
Reservations and payments are processed securely through our reservation system. A valid card is required to hold every reservation. Gratuity is discretionary unless included on the confirmation.
