What we collect when you book, why we need it, and what we never do with it.
We collect the details you provide when requesting a reservation or quote: name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off locations, flight details, passenger count, and any special requests. Payment is processed by our reservation provider; we do not store full card numbers.
Your information is used to quote, confirm, dispatch, and complete your trip, to contact you about that reservation, and to keep billing records. Corporate account data is used to produce consolidated invoices.
We share trip details only with the chauffeur assigned to your reservation, our reservation and payment providers, and where required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Our website may use cookies and basic analytics to understand traffic and improve the booking experience. You can disable cookies in your browser; core booking functions will still work.
Reservation and billing records are retained as long as required for accounting and legal purposes, then deleted or anonymized.
You may request a copy of your information, ask for corrections, or request deletion by emailing mjexpresslimo@gmail.com. Marketing messages, if any, include an unsubscribe link.
